01Ingredients

Obtained by defatting spent coffee grounds.

Extracted in the same pre-treatment step.
02Test Results
An external lab tested a research sample extracted from spent coffee grounds with anhydrous ethanol.*
* Thermophene internal reference data. Values for a single research sample from external labs' reference-only reports; they do not guarantee product specifications or efficacy. Antioxidants analyzed by NICEM, Seoul National University, in October 2026 (mean of three runs, range across two extraction conditions); microbe and heavy metal tests from September 2026.
03How It Is Made
Coffee oil comes from the second step of the platform. The remaining grounds become porous carbon and thermal materials.

STEP 1Raw material
200,000 tons wasted in Korea every year, with ~40% carbon yield.

STEP 2Defatting
Sold as a cosmetic ingredient for early cash flow.

STEP 3Activation
Sold as deodorizer feedstock. Zero loss.

STEP 4Core R&D
Cu-C filler with 12 W/mK, our main revenue.

04Partnership
We also received a letter of intent. Coffee oil sales create cash flow from the early stage.
