Privacy Policy

1. Data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, email and message, and optionally your company, title and phone. We use them only to answer and manage your inquiry. IP address and browser data are logged to prevent abuse.

2. Retention and deletion

We keep inquiries for 1 year after handling and then delete them. Spam is deleted automatically after 30 days. Server access logs are kept no longer than one year, and backups are deleted after 30 days.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

4. Processors

Website hosting is handled by Vultr and inquiry notification emails by Google (Google Workspace), used only for those tasks.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time by emailing us below.
