Thermophene opens its corporate R&D lab in Gwangmyeong
Our new lab in Gwangmyeong G Tower carries on research into Cu-C hybrid thermal materials.
In July 2026, Thermophene established its corporate R&D lab at A-726, Gwangmyeong G Tower, 190 Soha-ro, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The lab focuses on Cu-C hybrid thermal interface materials built on bio-carbon from spent coffee grounds and a spray pyrolysis process.
